UniCharm cruises on a unique route with many beautiful landscapes
The yacht includes 23 rooms of moderate size, all with large glass windows overlooking the sea. Each bedroom has wooden floors, has a private balcony except for the family room and can add an extra bed. The restaurant with a capacity of 48 guests serves fresh seafood and Vietnamese and European specialties to help guests have the best meals on board.
In the itinerary of 2 days and 1 night, the cruise UniCharm takes you to many famous landmarks on Lan H Bay and has the choice of going on a tour or just relaxing on board. Things to know
Check-in time is from 12:15-12:30. If you are traveling by yourself, please be at the pier no later than 11:45 am to check in before boarding.
Check out time is from 9:30am to 10:30am depending on the schedule of each train. After check-out, you will be served lunch on board before the ship docked.
Please send a photo of the passenger's ID card or birth certificate at least 5 days before the tour departure and bring these identification documents when checking in.

Frequently asked questions
You will board the train and start the tour at 12:30. The program ends at 11:45 the next day. Return to Got Ferry and the shuttle bus will take you back to Hanoi at 15:30 – 16:00.
The shuttle bus of UniCharm yacht picks up guests at the Hanoi Opera House.
In the itinerary of 2 days 1 night, UniCharm Cruise serves 3 main meals and 1 early morning snack.
The family room is actually a connecting room between 2 Deluxe Uni Balcony and Charm Terrace rooms with an area of 50 – 60m2. Maximum capacity is 4 adults and 2 children.
Beverages, especially plastic bottles, are not recommended to be brought on board because the room has free drinking water (2 bottles/2 pax/room) and the restaurant sells drinks.

UniCharm cruise is very new, the room is spacious, clean, has a nice view and has a private balcony. As soon as I entered the cruise, I was impressed by the classic and luxurious design. The walls, floor, and stairs are all wooden, the main brown tone creates a very close and cozy feeling. As for the food on the cruise, it's also quite delicious, I give it 8/10. In addition, the cruise has a shuttle bus from the old town which is very convenient for guests. The most special thing for me is that all the staff are very nice and enthusiastic from the agent I booked, to the shuttle driver and all the staff on the cruise. I will come back to UniCharm another time.
On the occasion of my mother's birthday, my family decided to sign up for a 2 day 1 night tour on UniCharm cruise. My mother was very surprised and touched when she was given a cake by the cruise and celebrated with all the remaining guests on the ship. Last summer, my family and I had a fun and memorable trip on the UniCharm cruise. Although I have been to Ha Long many times, this is the first time I experience visiting Lan Ha Bay. Beautiful scenery, peaceful, poetic. The cruise is designed in neoclassical style, with many divine angles. There is a swimming pool so my son loves it.

Good experience. The food is fresh and there are many activities such as kayaking, swimming, cycling.... In addition, there are virtual living spaces all over the ship.
