Luxury Genesis ship, 5-star standard, so everything is different from other ships, giving me as well as everyone in the group a feeling of peace of mind when traveling at sea. Good service, professional, drink prices are a bit chatty. ^^

Everything is fine, only regret that we went on a cloudy day, so we couldn't go up on the roof to watch the sunrise. I really enjoyed doing Tai Chi on the 2nd morning and kayaking.

The Genesis ship is quite good, the rooms are beautifully designed, full of equipment on board. Food is diverse from Asia and Europe and there are vegetarian dishes, so you don't need to worry too much about eating.

The boat runs smoothly, there is no feeling of strong waves, everything on board is prepared, thoughtful and without any problems during the trip. Well worth recommending to friends.

No regrets choosing the Genesis ship. The ship visits Lan Ha Bay, so there is no crowded feeling at each attraction. All rooms have balconies, wide windows and bathtubs. Attentive and enthusiastic staff. Because my flight was booked quite close to the time, on the way back to Hanoi, the driver stopped the car at Aeon Mall so that I could take a taxi to the airport on time instead of going back to the old town.

Beautiful boat, quite new, good food, but drinks are not included in the tour price, so it is a bit limited because the price of drinks is quite expensive compared to the mainland.

New cruise, spacious and clean room, we went with a family with small children, so we chose a connecting room to take care of the children. Friendly staff, helped me and my wife look after the kids so we could swim and kayak. The food is not very fresh, but it must be because it was shipped from the mainland and the condition on the ship is not as good as the hotel, so it is acceptable.

My family and I had a great stay with 1 night on the Genesis cruise. My family was picked up from Hanoi Opera House in a luxury Lismousine with air conditioning and wifi. With the warm welcome of the staff and participating in interesting activities, it is only a pity that the trip time is a bit short because it takes half the morning of the first day and half of the afternoon of the second day to be in the car.

The trip was ok, we met on a nice day, so we could go up on the roof to watch the sunset and take beautiful pictures.

I am quite satisfied with the trip to visit Lan Ha Bay on the Genesis ship. Everything is great from the staff, rooms, food, special activities such as boating, fishing village visit, swimming, unfortunately, it's raining at night so we can't participate in squid fishing. The driver seemed to be in a hurry in the afternoon, so he didn't let the group rest in the middle of the road but ran all the way back to Hanoi ☺

 In general, the cruise is clean and beautiful, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, but the ride to the hotel is a bit late in the afternoon. Will recommend to family and friends.

First time experiencing Ha Long cruise and my family was not disappointed when choosing Genesis cruise to explore all the beauty of Lan Ha Bay. We were picked up at the center of the old town with a luxury limousine and a friendly guide all the way to Ha Long (usually other 5-star cruises only have a driver, not a guide). On the boat we were warmly welcomed, delicious food was beautifully decorated, the cruise schedule was not too hectic, but we could visit many places. My kids enjoyed the bartender's magic show. We will definitely recommend Genesis to friends and family and will definitely choose this cruise again if we have the opportunity to go to Ha Long again.

The ship looks new, the room is simple but beautiful, neat, no frills, bringing a spacious feeling to the room. My husband and I have a bed on the first floor with a large window view, so we can lie on the bed and enjoy the view of the bay while the boat moves. My family booked the Genesis cruise but did not book the car service. One day before departure, the ship's staff called to remind about the pick-up time, personal papers to bring.
