Things to know
Check-in time is from 12:15-12:30. If you are traveling by yourself, please be at the pier no later than 11:45 am to check in before boarding.
Check out time is from 9:30am to 10:30am depending on the schedule of each cruise. After check-out, you will be served lunch on board before the ship docked.
Please send a photo of the passenger's ID card or birth certificate at least 5 days before the tour departure and bring these identification documents when checking in.

Paradise Grand is a 5-star luxury cruise operated by Paradise Group.
Paradise Grand Cruise has 4 room types including Grand, Grand Executive, Grand Suite and Grand Captain Suite.
Each room is provided with 2 complimentary bottles of water per day.
Kayaking is not included in the price of the tour and there will be an entry fee.
It takes 2.5 hours to travel from Hanoi to Ha Long. The bus departs at around 9:00 at Old Quarter and arrives at Tuan Chau wharf at 11:30.
Only Grand Suites and Captain Grand Suites have a bathtub. The Grand Balcony and Executive Balcony room types only have a standing bathroom (shower).
Grand and Executive Grand room have the same area and design, but Grand room is on the 1st floor and Executive Grand room is on 2nd floor and have a better view.
Each room on Paradise Grand cruise is equipped with life jackets. The cruise also prepares life jackets for all passengers in public areas and in all activities, so you can travel with highest safety.
